Rob JewellFounder & CEORob is known as one of the early pioneers of the incentive marketing industry. The first company he founded in 2000 reached #18 on the Inc 500. In early 2008 Rob shifted focus to monetization of social networks and launched an ad network for Facebook apps called SocialCash. After becoming one of the largest ad networks on facebook apps, Rob sold off the SocialCash line of business, re-branded and re-launched the company as Spruce Media. |
Brad GreenControllerBrad began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, the largest public accounting firm in the world, where he honed his finance competencies and developed his passion for numbers with big name clients like ExxonMobil. He then joined Gratis internet/SocialCash in 2007, joining the ranks of private industry and bringing his knowledge of corporate finance to the incentive marketing world. After the formation of SpruceMedia, Brad has assumed the role of overseeing all finance functions. |
Lucy JacobsChief Operating OfficerPrior to Spruce Media Lucy led sales, marketing and business development for adBrite for 5 years and built adBrite into the largest independent ad exchange serving 1 billion ads a day on 120,000 sites. Lucy also spent time in finance at JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch and Deloitte and Touche in Africa, Europe and the United States. Additionally Lucy was Founder and CEO of Body Basics a leading cosmetics company in South Africa for which she was named South African businesswomen of the year in 1995. Lucy joined Spruce in June 2011 to lead the sales and business functions. |
Chad BoydChief Architect, VP of EngineeringChad previously worked for Microsoft providing service and custom engineering to their biggest enterprise customers running the largest, most complex SQL Server installations and configurations in the world. Chad is a data and infrastructure guru and lately has developed a passion for development and managing teams as the acting VP of Engineering. |
